Package 1 - Full Service
For homeowners who want one person coordinating the design, procurement and delivery. You don't need to manage your designer and your builder separately. We can coordinate the design and renovation process from concept through to completion.
A full service package which takes you from concept to completion and a fully staged space. This level of service covers project management from start to finish, including hiring and coordinating trades.
This package includes:

• 2D drawings
• 3D visuals (optional)
• Shopping list with links

Package 2 - Design Only
For homeowners who want the complete design, specifications and sourcing but have confidence to execute this themselves.
A design only package includes everything that full service does up to the end of the develop phase, whereby, you take on the renovation work yourself.
This package includes:
• Discovery session
• Clear design brief
• Space planning
• Vision & Mood boards
• 2D drawings
• 3D visuals (optional)
• Shopping list with links
• Contractor specs -
Package 3 - Remote Design
For homeowners who need expert input and as with package 2, the complete design, specifications and sourcing but can manage without any in-person support.
A remote service nationwide, that offers everything that the Design only package does. Apart from the site visit component, meaning instructions are provided to you on how to measure your space so my designs use accurate dimensions.
This package includes:• Discovery session (online)

• 2D drawings
• 3D visuals (optional)

Our process consists of 4 simple steps:

Understand aspirations and desired outcomes of the project as well as your needs and requirements including:

How Much Do Interior Design Services Cost?
Interior designers charge in different ways: per room, a custom price, hourly or daily, or for large projects a percentage of the total. Room fees can be a few hundred to several thousand pounds, depending on the designer’s experience, the work involved and what you’ll receive.
Our pricing is fair. The first three phases - Discover, Define and Develop - are a fixed fee plus any expenses for the full design package. For the Deliver phase, which is harder to predict, we use a day rate with an estimated number of days based on the scope once the designs are complete.

Interior designers all price their services in different ways. Some per room, some with bespoke pricing, some on an hourly or day rate. And for larger project, as a percentage of the total spend.
Our services are priced fairly. For the first 3 phases, Discover, Define and Develop, which gets you the full design package, we offer a fixed fee plus any expenses incurred.
For the Deliver phase, since this is harder to predict, we offer a day rate with an estimated range of days we anticipate it taking based on the scope of work once the designs have been delivered. -
As mentioned in the previous question, there is no such thing as a typical cost. Room rates may vary from several hundred to several thousand pounds. This all comes down to the experience of the designer, the scope of work and the final deliverables.
For a full turnkey service such as our full service offering, you can expect to pay upwards of £20k -
Ever heard someone say that things often look better in odd numbers? That is precisely what this rule is about. This comes into play when you are thinking about how many larger items to build into your scheme - typically 3, then how to stage the space. For larger accessories, 3 or 5 is often the rule of thumb. We often like to stick to 3 as it can create a nice triangular look.

Interior design is one of those professions that is not regulated. Therefore it is important to look out for a number of warning signs, namely:
- No professional accreditation
- Lack of willing to share previous client details for reviews / referrals
- Lack of variety of project photos to show including the before and after
- Lack of process pictures to show how they go about designing

Yes absolutely.
This is how a number of our projects start out so that we can learn how best to work together. We are open to projects from single room through to whole home and everything in between. In addition we can scale up and down with our level of service. -
Yes - there are a number of ways we can facilitate this.
For design only packages that are within an hours journey of our base, we are happy to accommodate you. For further away, we can offer our remote service package.
Project management is a little harder to accommodate where further distances are involved, so call us for a chat and we can see what the best approach might be for your project and needs.
